A Winter of Demo, Planning, & Possibility

The Meadows is in a season of demo and planning, with special events woven in along the way. As we rework the space and imagine what’s next, we’re choosing not to commit to regular posted hours for the moment.

Here’s what is happening: we’ll be open for Winter Festival and Ely Film Fest, plus select weekends and specialty open hours throughout the season. We’re also coordinating with other downtown businesses and welcoming folks from Y Camp Retreats to stop into town before checking in at camp—something we’re really excited about.

All of this means our hours will be limited and flexible—but the doors will be open. The best way to stay in the loop is to follow us on social media and subscribe to our newsletter, where we’ll share updates and open times as they come together.

We’re deeply grateful for the community that shows up for this space—the neighbors, friends, and visitors who bring people through the door, support local artists, and choose to shop here. Small businesses are sustained by local care, especially in the quieter seasons. While summer tourism helps keep things moving, it’s the Ely community that keeps us rooted year-round.

So stop in when you can. Buy local. Support artists. Follow along.

Behind the scenes, the space is evolving. We’re making room for more gatherings, welcoming new artists, and redesigning the gallery to improve flow, visibility, and how we showcase the beautiful work being made in this area. Change is underway—and we’re excited about what’s coming next.
