Meadows Cohorts are small creative groups that meet over several sessions to explore a shared theme through conversation, creativity, and reflection.

Each cohort gathers three times over three months for relaxed, facilitated evenings at The Meadows. While our hands stay busy with simple craft projects, the conversation often moves into deeper reflection, storytelling, and connection.

These groups are intentionally small - creating space for meaningful conversation and genuine relationships to form.

What to Expect:

Each cohort includes:

• Three 2-hour gatherings
• Guided facilitation
• Creative craft materials
• Light snacks and drinks
• A small, consistent group

Creative Exploration & Meaningful Conversation

Each session includes a simple creative activity such as collage, paper craft, watercolor, or journaling.

Guided prompts invite reflection and conversation around themes like joy, creativity, change, and resilience.
